Report on Achievements

The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency leveraged nearly $600 million of housing—6,900 homes and apartments in 2006. This work generated 7,000 construction jobs and $68 million of new state and tax revenues. In all, the Agency has financed 176,000 homes and apartments worth more than $10 billion, to improve the affordable housing supply in all 100 counties.
