Report on Achievements

The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency invested nearly $368 million of housing—4,800 homes and apartments in 2009. This work generated 7,100 construction jobs and $28 million of new state and tax revenues. In all, the Agency has financed 196,000 homes and apartments worth more than $12.3 billion, to improve the affordable housing supply in all 100 counties.
