HOPE for Homeowners
Are you struggling with your mortgage payments or behind on your mortgage?
The Federal government recently created a new program within the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to help borrowers who are trapped in mortgages they cannot afford.
The “HOPE for Homeowners Act of 2008” makes certain borrowers eligible to refinance into a much more affordable FHA-Insured mortgage. View detailed information about this program.
HOPE for Homeowners is offered directly by banks and mortgage companies that make FHA-insured mortgages and that elect to participate. You should contact a HOPE for Homeowners lender directly to find out if you are eligible and to begin the process of refinancing your mortgage.
The lenders below have notified our Agency that they are participating in HOPE for Homeowners.
We encourage you to seek help to avoid the possibility of foreclosure. There is HOPE! Call a lender today and seek ways to save your home.
