Renters can search for up-to-date property vacancies, maps, pictures and contact information, as well as for apartments with accessibility accommodations.

Listings are contacted regularly to verify availability, although NCHousingSearch.org and the N.C. Housing Finance Agency do not inspect apartments or make any assurance about their condition.
