Report on Achievements
The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency leveraged nearly $580 million of housing—6,261 homes and apartments in 2008. This work generated 7,226 construction jobs and $66 million of new state and tax revenues. In all, the Agency has financed 191,000 homes and apartments worth more than $11 billion, to improve the affordable housing supply in all 100 counties.
