Report on Achievements
The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency invested nearly $405 million of housing—4,968 homes and apartments in 2010. This work generated 7,695 construction jobs and $30 million of new state and tax revenues. In all, the Agency has financed 201,000 homes and apartments worth more than $12.8 billion, to improve the affordable housing supply in all 100 counties.
