Lists of Applications Funded Since 2003
Under Section IV(B)(2)(b) of the Draft 2006 Qualified Allocation Plan, the Agency would not accept a full application in a primary market area containing one or more projects with 9% tax credits or Agency loans which have:
(i) a history of high vacancy rates, or
(ii) not reached stabilized occupancy.
The Agency may waive this limitation if the existing project has a different population type (family/elderly).
The links below are to lists of applications funded since 2003. These awards or projects may result in an application being ineligible under Section IV(B)(2)(b).
These lists are provided for informational purposes only. The purpose of providing this data is to assist applicants in meeting the QAP requirement, but is not a definitive statement of what will or will not be eligible. The most significant limitation of this information is that it does not indicate the primary market area boundaries.
There may be other projects that result in a full application not being accepted, such as those with high vacancy rates. Being in the same jurisdiction as a listed award or project also does not necessarily mean that a full application will be ineligible; in some cases the project may have completed lease-up.
