Advanced ​Compliance ​training ​is ​a ​more ​in-depth ​look ​at ​tax ​credits ​as ​well ​as ​other ​Agency ​programs. ​ ​We ​focus ​on ​how ​to ​comply ​with ​advanced ​program ​requirements ​such ​as ​the ​140% ​rule, ​the ​Next ​Available ​Unit ​rule ​and ​Low/High ​HOME ​rent ​rules. ​We ​address ​Agency ​reporting ​requirements ​to ​comply ​and ​manage ​a ​property ​financed ​with ​Agency ​funds ​under ​the ​LIHTC ​Program, ​the ​HOME ​Program, ​Housing ​Trust ​Fund, ​and ​PLP ​funds, ​(rent ​increase ​request ​process; ​reserve ​account ​requirements; ​how ​programs ​fit). ​ ​We ​will ​not ​discuss ​eligibility ​requirements, ​tenant ​files ​or ​physical ​inspections ​during ​this ​session. ​ ​This ​information ​is ​covered ​in ​Compliance ​101.
