Loan Officer webinar-based training for a more in depth look at the Community Partners Loan Pool Program.  This 1-hour webinar is made available to help loan officers be able to offer more down payment assistance to their low and moderate income clients.  Funds are available up to 25% of the sales price, not to exceed $50,000.

The Agency’s programs for home buyers are available in all 100 North Carolina counties and are designed for first-time buyers, certain qualifying veterans or those purchasing in a targeted census tract.
