Let’s Make Home Happen is the comprehensive NC Housing Finance agency training class for Loan Officers who want to offer the NC Home Advantage Mortgage™ with its component of down payment assistance, and the Mortgage Credit Certificate which offers veterans and first-time homebuyers an annual tax credit worth up to $2,000.

This course provides in-depth coverage of our programs, including property and borrower eligibility, the loan process and information on how you can help more clients purchase their homes affordably.  Loan Officers are required to take this in-person class before offering NC Housing Finance Agency products.  Operations staff are also welcome to attend and it will satisfy their training requirements as well.
