Sadie’s Landing, a $5.8 million development, was financed in large part by federal and state tax credits awarded by the NC Housing Finance Agency. The Agency finances the statewide construction of affordable rental apartments using federal and state housing credits, low-interest loans, and tax-exempt bond allocations.

“Congressman McIntyre has been a good friend to the Agency and to Mr. Antone and has been a strong supporter of the federal housing credit program, which makes these types of developments possible,” said Bob Kucab, executive director of the NC Housing Finance Agency.
