Board of Directors

A 13-member Board of Directors oversees the operations of the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. The Governor, Speaker of the N.C. House of Representatives, and President of the N.C. Senate each appoint four members. These 12 appointees elect the thirteenth member. Eight of the board members represent specific areas of the housing industry and five are undesignated. The Governor appoints the chairman.
