Thank you for your interest in purchasing a North Carolina Housing Finance Agency real estate owned (REO) property. Our mission is to provide housing for North Carolinians not served by the market. While achieving success in this goal, we occasionally need to foreclose on properties. As a result, we have investor-owned properties for sale.

The properties are not sold directly by North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. If you find a property that you are interested in, please contact the real estate professional identified in the listing for more information. Please note that the property list is updated twice monthly so the current list may contain properties already under contract or previously sold.

Also, unless otherwise noted, the homes are being sold “as is” so prospective buyers should plan to get a home inspection once their offer has been accepted. To find a home inspector in your area, consult the American Society of Home Inspectors.

Properties are added to our website as we are notified they are ready to be listed. Updates to the listing amount and realtor’s contact information are updated once a listing agreement has been signed. We strive to update our website twice a month.
