FirstHome Mortgage Production Awards
The annual FirstHome Mortgage Production Awards honor the best in affordable housing financing. Plaques are presented to the winners.
Recognition is given in the following categories: Top Producer of the Year, Top All-Time Active Producers, Rising Producer, Top New Lender, Top Loan Officer of the Year and Processor of the Year.
Top Producer of the Year
This award goes to the lender who closed the most FirstHome Mortgages in the previous calendar year.
Top Ten Producers
These awards go to lenders who have closed the most FirstHome Mortgages in the previous calendar year.
Rising Producer
This award goes to the lender who increased its production of closed FirstHome Mortgages the most from the previous year (based on percentage).
Top New Lender
This award goes to the lender who joined into a partnership with the Agency during the previous 12 months and who closed the most First Home Mortgages.
Top Loan Officer of the Year
This award goes to the loan officer who reserved the most FirstHome Mortgages during the previous year.
We evaluate the production in the spring of each year for the preceding calendar year.
