Income Limits
The household size income limit is an important factor in determining a property’s compliance with state and federal regulations. This page has links to the necessary charts for you to determine your property’s compliance with the programs we monitor.
Low-Income Housing Tax Credit
The 2008 Income Limit & Maximum Rent Limit Chart has a more user-friendly format. Each county is listed, along with each set-aside calculated for the county. All set-asides for your property can now be viewed without flipping between charts or having to determine if you have the appropriate chart. You can print the page with the county your property is located in, and highlight the set-asides which apply to your property. These limits are effective February 13, 2008.
