Qualified Allocation Plan
The Qualified Allocation Plan, or QAP, details the selection criteria and application requirements for housing tax credits and tax-exempt bonds. It lists all deadlines, application fees, restrictions, standards, and requirements.
Each year, the Agency drafts a new QAP and holds a public forum to solicit comments about the proposed plan before adopting a final version. Use the links below to access this year's QAP as well as those from prior years.
