Timelines and Events
Deadlines for the Housing Credit application process are spaced throughout the year. It is of paramount importance that developers meet these deadlines. In addition to application deadlines, you will find the projected dates for various notifications below.
The following schedule will apply to the 2009 application process for 9% tax credits and the first round of bond volume and 4% tax credits. The Agency will announce the application schedule for a second round of bond volume and 4% tax credits at a later time.
January 9 |
Deadline for submission of preliminary applications (12:00 noon) |

Market analysts will mail studies to the Agency and applicants |

Notification of final site scores and qualification for Agency-designated increase in eligible basis |
