In March, Eight CPLP and SHLP Partners Recognized as Top Loan Producers for 2017

Several Community Partners Loan Pool (CPLP) and Self-Help Loan Pool (SHLP) partners were recognized in March as Top Loan Producers based on the number of loans they closed during the 2017 loan cycle. The Agency presented Certificates of Achievements during events in Hickory and Raleigh to the following partners:

Metropolitan Areas

  • Charlotte Habitat for Humanity (SHLP—23 loans)
  • Habitat for Humanity of Durham (SHLP—20 loans)
  • DHIC (CPLP—53 loans)
  • Prosperity Unlimited, Inc. (CPLP—40 loans)

Non-Metropolitan Areas

  • Caldwell County Habitat for Humanity (SHLP—6 loans)
  • Henderson County Habitat for Humanity (SHLP—6 loans)
  • Housing Assistance Corp. (CPLP—9 loans)
  • Monroe-Union County CDC (CPLP—5 loans)
