Rental ​Compliance ​Reporting ​System ​Training ​will ​focus ​on ​using ​our ​partner ​portal ​for ​communicating ​with ​the ​Agency, ​including, ​but ​not ​limited ​to: ​ ​required ​reporting, ​responding ​to ​monitoring ​activity, ​implementing ​changes ​to ​income ​and ​rent ​limits, ​requesting ​Key ​rental ​assistance, ​and ​requesting ​approval ​for ​rent ​increases. ​ ​The ​training ​is ​designed ​to ​be ​hands ​on. ​ ​Students ​will ​learn ​how ​to ​successfully ​navigate ​through ​the ​RCRS ​system.
