If you purchased your home with our FirstHome Mortgage, you’ll find answers to most of your questions about the loan in this section. You’ll also learn what you need to know should you lose your job or decide to refinance or sell your home. The section also includes information on how to protect your investment in your home through regular maintenance.

If you need funds for major home repairs and your income is low, you may be able to get help from a local organization that uses the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency’s Single Family Rehab or Urgent Repair funds.
