Mortgages for First-Time Home Buyers
The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency offers below-market interest mortgages and downpayment assistance up to $8,000 to first-time home buyers who meet income limits and other qualifications. Our FirstHome Mortgages are available statewide through nearly 700 participating lenders and their branches.
