Loan officer webinar-based training for a more in-depth look at the Community Partners Loan Pool program. This one-hour webinar is made available to help loan officers be able to offer more down payment assistance to their low- and moderate-income clients. Funds are available up to 25% of the sales price, not to exceed $50,000.

The Agency’s programs for home buyers are available in all 100 North Carolina counties and are designed for home buyers and certain qualifying veterans or those purchasing in a targeted census tract. Home buyers utilizing this program are not required to be first time homebuyers but must meet income and purchase price limits.
