The “Financing Dreams” course provides in-depth coverage of the Agency’s programs, including property and buyer eligibility, the loan process and how the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency can help you help your customers buy their first home. This class provides Realtors with 4 hours of CE credit and the opportunity to be listed on our website as a Preferred Realtor for 3 years.
