This training is required for all loan officers and OPS staff before originating, processing or underwriting our $15,000 down payment assistance, unless you have attended in-person training after September 10, 2016.
If you have already attended a $15,000 webinar, then you do not have to attend this one.
Loan officers who have closed three or more NC Housing Finance Agency loans within the last 12 months are exempt from in-person training but must attend this webinar before originating this product.
