The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency offers programs to help local governments and nonprofit organizations finance new housing and rehabilitate existing housing for North Carolinians with low and moderate incomes. If your organization helps home buyers in your community, they could reduce their mortgage payments by up to 20 percent if they purchase a home through a member of our Community Partners Loan Pool. Or they may be eligible to purchase a home through our Self-Help Loan Pool.

If you are a HUD-approved housing counseling organization, you may be eligible to partner with us by offering housing counseling to buyers purchasing through one of our community home ownership programs.
