Sienna Provides 76 Family Apartments in Morganton

The city of Morganton, NC now has dozens more affordable apartments for families to call home. Last week, the Agency attended a dedication ceremony and ribbon cutting for the new Sienna development in Morganton. In attendance was Representative Blackwell from the NC General Assembly who spoke about the history of Burke County and the importance of safe, decent and affordable housing. Also attending and speaking on behalf of the Agency was Will Parry-Hill who spoke about the work of the Agency staff and partnerships that brought this community to life. Congratulations!
