Dedication Ceremony Held for Pearce House in Wilmington

A dedication ceremony was held last week for the Pearce House in Wilmington. This 8-unit independent living community for citizens with special needs was financed in part by a loan from the Housing Trust Fund. Gwen Belcredi spoke on behalf of the Agency. Congratulations to all who helped bring these new homes to life.
