Director of Strategic Investment Bill Dowse Recognized with Proclamation of Appreciation

Yesterday, our very own Director of Strategic Investment Bill Dowse was recognized by the NC Housing Partnership with a Proclamation of Appreciation for his foundational work with the NC Housing Trust Fund and the NC Housing Partnership, which oversees Trust Fund policies. Bill was the lead Agency staff person in the development of Trust Fund programs following its creation in 1987. These programs have gone on to provide housing to more than 30,000 households! Congratulations Bill!
