Groundbreaking Held for SECU Lakeside Reserve

A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the SECU Lakeside Reserve for what will become 16 units of housing to assist homeless and disabled veterans in Wilmington. Our very own Gwen Balcredi spoke at the ceremony on behalf of the Agency, as well as a former client of the Good Shepherd Center and a veteran. Congratulations!
