A grand opening ceremony was held for Wakefield Commons on July 27 which will provide 80 new apartment homes for residents in Raleigh. In attendance was Representative Chris Malone, Austen Nowell of the Office of Senator Thom Tillis and Raleigh City Councilor Nicole Stewart. Speaking on behalf of the Agency was board member Chris Parrish.
