Seniors in Garner will now have more options for affordable housing, thanks to the grand opening of Pennington Grove. This new construction development offers 83 new apartment homes for seniors in Garner. In attendance was Congressman Price, and speaking on behalf of the agency was Executive Director Scott Farmer.
